What this is

Skepty is a game among friends: you post a plan, your group calls whether you’ll make it, and you prove it. It is run by Jonas Klein (see legal notice). Skepty is free. Optional in-app purchases may come later; you always see what something costs before you buy.

Who can play

You must be at least 16 years old. One account per person.

Zero tolerance

There is no place on Skepty for objectionable content or for people who treat others badly. In particular, the following are not allowed:

• Insults, hate and incitement against people or groups
• Harassment, bullying and threats
• Nudity, sexual or pornographic content
• Violence, self-harm or calls for either
• Illegal content and content that infringes the rights of others
• Photos or private data of others without their consent
• Spam and advertising

If someone breaks these rules, we remove content and delete accounts – without warning if necessary.

Reporting and blocking

You can report any plan and any person in the app and block people. We review reports within 24 hours and remove objectionable content. A reported plan disappears for you at once, and from two reports for the whole group until we have reviewed it.

Your content

What you post is yours. You allow us to store and show it as the game needs: to your group, to your friends (if you allow it) and to anyone with a link you share yourself. Only post what you are allowed to post.

Points, glitter and stickers

Points, glitter and collectibles are part of the game. They have no monetary value, can’t be paid out or transferred, and may change as we develop the game.

What we promise – and what we don’t

We keep developing Skepty and may change, add or discontinue features. We do our best to keep Skepty running but can’t guarantee it.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise as provided by law.

Ending

You can delete your account in the app at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may delete accounts that break these terms.
